Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel with [30 days'] notice.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Ask as many day-to-day HR questions as you need, by phone or email. Larger projects, like a full investigation, are quoted as a fixed fee before we start.
Are lawsuits included?
No. If a matter needs a lawyer, we connect you with a licensed US employment attorney, quoted separately, and hand over the full history so you don't start again.
